It can seem daunting and many people find it difficult to know what is required. It was through recognising the difficulties that people faced trying to get established as NDIS Providers, that Provider Starter was born. We are now dedicated to helping people become and operate as NDIS Providers.

My Story
After more than 13 years working in Government Compliance and Investigations, I was asked by a friend to help them understand and establish their NDIS Provider Business. I worked with them to grow their business from 5 to 500 clients in 18 months. It became very clear to me during that time that I had a unique ability to understand and interpret compliance requirements.

Over time, I was approached and had conversations with many others who were getting started as NDIS Providers. Most people I spoke with struggled to find quality compliance products, that not only met NDIS Standards but that were also easy to understand and use. I developed policies and procedures for many associates, that were both compliant and user-friendly, as I understood how they were actually used in day-to-day operations.
Since that day, I have continued to help many businesses through their NDIS journeys. It has been my mission to provide a truly personalised service, with a focus on delivering high quality and user friendly products.
